She has spent a year transforming into 'the best version of herself.'
And Jessica Wright was so thrilled she showcased her transformation in a nude photoshoot on Thursday, to mark one year since she launched her fitness initiative.
Former TOWIE star Jess, 32, has been working with a personal trainer to devise 30 minute workouts that are part of a 7-week at home programme she put her name to.

Jessica's programme includes a varied workout of toning, cardio and HIIT exercises that are encouraged daily.
She suggests that the plan centres around seven days in a week, seven colours of the rainbow, seven seas and seven wonders of the world - because it's her favourite number.
